What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is at 12 noon.

Can I check in early?

Early check-in from 12.30pm may be available for an additional €30, subject to availability. To arrange this, simply contact our Reception Team on +353 (0)1 835 0800 and we will do our very best to help. Please note that early check-in may not be available during busy periods.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes, late check-out can be requested at Reception for an additional charge and is subject to availability. While we cannot guarantee early check-in or late check-out, we will always do our best to accommodate requests where possible.

Is there a hairdryer in the room?

Yes, all guestrooms include a hairdryer for your convenience.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Is parking free?

Yes, complimentary parking is available for all guests staying at the hotel.

Families

How do I book Emerald Park tickets?

Emerald Park regularly offers promotional and early bird ticket rates which can be booked separately online. If you would like to book your overnight stay at Pillo Hotel Ashbourne, you can do so directly through our website.

Is there a playroom for children?

Yes, we have a sensory room available for children under 12 years of age. The facility is open to both residents and non-residents, however advance booking is essential.

How far is the hotel from family attractions nearby?

Emerald Park is just a five-minute drive from the hotel. Funtasia Waterpark, Dublin Zoo and Navan Adventure Centre are all approximately 25 minutes away by car. Aquazone is approximately a 15-minute drive away.

Is there entertainment for children?

For families staying with us during July and August we offer a fun-filled Kids Club professionally run by the wonderful team at Party Kidz Productions. Little guests can enjoy exciting games, activities, and entertainment designed to make their stay even more magical.

The Kids Club usually runs from 6.30pm – 8.30pm and is suitable for children aged 4–12 years. Please note that times and availability may vary.

Dining

What are the restaurant opening hours?

Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7.00am – 10.00am and Saturday & Sunday from 7.00am – 11.00am.

During mid-term breaks, Bank Holiday Mondays and throughout July & August, breakfast is served daily from 7.00am – 11.00am.

Lunch is served daily from 12 noon with our All Day Menu available.

Our Dinner Menu is served from 5.00pm. Dinner service from Sunday – Thursday is subject to seasonality and school holidays, so we recommend calling ahead on +353 (0)1 835 0800 to avoid disappointment.

Your Stay

Do I need to book the swimming pool in advance?

Yes, pre-booking is required for the swimming pool and bookings can be made up to 72 hours before your arrival. 

What time is the swimming pool open?

Children’s swimming hours are available daily from 10.15am – 7.15pm. For full pool opening times and updates, please visit Clann Life Fitness Ashbourne.
