Ideal Family Hotel.
We stayed in The Pillo for one night over Easter having spent the day in Emerald Park with our 7 and 9 year old. The hotel is perfectly situated, within eyesight of the exit
from the theme park and is a perfect spot for relaxing after a long day tiring the kids out! Check-in was smooth and quick and the lobby is airy and beautifully decorated.
We stayedin the family suite with 2 separate bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with 2 double beds, which was the perfect layout. The beds are also easily
moved so you can set the rooms up whichever way best suits your family. Lots of lovely soft lighting in the rooms also which is great if your kids like a nightlight and
strong Wifi, which was effortless to connect to - perfect for keeping home routine of audiobooks/ sleep lullabies going. Tons of storage space in the room, lovely views,
windows open a little on child-locks, doors very secure (double lock and chain) and everything you need, especially for longer stays - mini fridge, bath, tea/ coffee making
area, lots of towels, vending machines on each floor with bottled water, snacks etc. Room was very warm when we first got there - aircon was set to 31 degrees, but was
working perfectly and quickly cooled rooms down when we reset it. We had dinner in Time restaurant at 7pm. Lovely, relaxed, family atmosphere and the female member
of staff who took our order was very friendly and interacted with our youngest who is quite a little character and loves a chat! Food came quickly and was cooked to
perfection (Ribeye, kids goujons). Extensive drinks list - didn't try the cocktails although they looked great. Had glass of Chablis over dinner which was lovely and chilled.
Afterwards we made our way up to the first floor for the family entertainment - which was the best fun we have had in a hotel in a long time! The two ladies running the
entertainment had boundless brilliant with all the kids there - ranging from young babies to young teens, and struck the perfect balance between keeping the
kids entertained and active, and giving adults a giggle. Every bit as good as kids entertainment abroad run by TUI etc! There was plenty of seating in the room and it was
perfectly situated beside a quiet, cool, bar area and an arcade room for kids, with toilets also close by. The hotel was very quiet during the night and breakfast was served
promptly in our room - everything was lovely and choice of pastries/ croissants/ cereal or usual bacon/ eggs/ sausage meant even fussy little ones were happy. The
swimming pool was deep, but not a problem as our little ones are strong swimmers, would definitely recommend arm-bands for littler ones though. You do need swim hats
but they are only a couple of euro and you keep them or you can bring your own. We didn't have time to try the kids club or sensory room this time but will definitely be
returning to give these a go - bookings for the sensory room and pool are straight forward via the website around 3 days before the date of your stay. All in all, a lovely
experience in a hotel that is ideally situated and balances a little relaxation and luxury with lots of family centred dining and entertainment. In the words of my 9 year old 'it
was a 5 star experience - 6 if they add pizza to the kids menu!'

The family and I had a lovely time in the Pillo.
The staff were friendly and fun - great conversations.
The kids had a great time using the pool and the older ones enjoyed the excellent gym.
We enjoyed a lovely meal in the bar / restaurant and the Guinness was spot on.
All in all a great stay and we’ll look forward to visiting again.

Thank you to all at Pillo Hotel. We booked a night to celebrate my father inlaws 80th. There were about 40 people for the dinner.
It was delicious! The restaurant, bar and reception staff were lovely and very very helpful.
Thanks again for a wonderful experience 😊

During my recent stay at Pillo Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff greeted me with warmth

Fabulous interconnecting rooms, lots of space and extra bed made up for youngest child in our room by super helpful housekeeping staff. Beautiful rituals products in the
bathroom were a v luxurious touch.
We had a private function - gorgeous food and service ....staff couldn't do more for us. We used the sensory room twice - kids loved it and pool. Really quiet, comfortable

Pillo Hotel! Boy did you deliver! From friendly, super helpful and (most importantly) professional staff, to the impeccably clean spacious family room we stayed in, We were
delighted to have chose to stay with Pillo hotel. We will definitely will be returning. We found it really easy to get to places in and around Dublin without any heavy traffic so
we found that to be an extra bonus! Great location!

Perfect for our needs. Traveling with children, and we had a large room with two separate bedrooms. The hotel put up an extra bed in one of them, and there was still
plenty of space.
Nice spread at breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff.
We were visiting family nearby, so the location was just right for us, but its also easy to get into Dublin.
Would happily stay here again.
