Your Stay at The Pillo Hotel & Spa Ashbourne
We are delighted to be welcoming guests back to the Pillo Hotel & Spa Ashbourne after so long. As you may expect things have changed in line with government guidelines to help control the spread of COVId-19. We wanted to take this opportunity to reassure you that while things will be different you can still expect the same great quality from the Pillo Hotel.
What to expect during your stay?
We have been working hard to create a safe environment for you our valued guests and our staff and as such we have made some changes.
Social distancing floor markings have been placed throughout the hotel lobby, bar, restaurant and leisure club areas, we would ask to please observe social distancing at all times during your stay and while in public areas pop a mask on.
We are implementing a limited contact check-in and will be soon launching our app which will allow pre-check-ins. At the time of check-in, just one person from each family should approach the desk. Please have all relevant information ready to allow for a speedy check-in. We have installed screens to protect you and our team.
We have removed high-touch items from your room, this includes stationery, menus and guest directories. You can find a copy of our room service menu on your TV. Should you require any additional items please contact reception.
Dining in the Hotel
For your safety, we have reduced the capacity of our Bar and Restaurant. Bookings will be required for breakfast and dinner. Please contact reception to reserve your table.
The Pool - Closed until July 5th
We've reduced the capacity of the pool in line with government guidelines. Booking in advance is essential. To book please contact the Gym reception. 1-hour slots are available.
