Q. Where can I get a copy of your wedding brochure?

A. Simply fill out our enquiry form and we will send you a brochure straight away or contact Francesca via telephone on 01 835 0800 / email .

Q. How can I arrange a viewing of the hotel?

A. Our wedding coordinator, Francesca, would be delighted to meet with you for a private show around at a time that would you suit you. Please contact Francesca via telephone on 01 835 0800 / email / enquiry form.

Q. Can I make a provisional booking for our wedding?

A. Yes, a provisional hold will allow you 10 days to make your final decision, by which time a deposit will be required.

Q. How much of a deposit do we need to secure a booking?

A. Payment of €500 is required to hold a date, with the remaining €1000 required to fully secure the date.

25% of service booked - 6 months prior to the wedding date

75% of service booked - 1 month prior to the wedding date

Full payment to be received no later than 72 hours prior to the wedding

Q. Are deposits refundable?

A. Your deposit is non-refundable but it is transferable to another date

Q. Do minimum numbers apply at your hotel?

A. Each wedding is dealt with on a case by case basis

Q. What happens after we confirm our booking?

A. A full contract will be issued with all the agreed details. A meeting with your wedding planner & a menu tasting will be organised two months prior to the wedding. Final numbers and full prepayment is then required three days prior to your big day.

Q. What is your policy on children attending a wedding?

A. Children are more than welcome in the hotel. We do have strict policies in place with respect to service of alcohol to minors.

Q. When should we do our wedding menu tasting?

A. The choice is entirely up to the couple but we would recommend 4 weeks before the wedding

Q. Do you cater for Civil Ceremonies on site?

A. Yes, the hotel is licenced to hold civil ceremonies and there is no additional charge for this.

Q. Does the hotel cater for vegetarians and other dietary requirements?

A. Yes, we can offer a vegetarian and gluten free options for the menu. Any special dietary requirements must be given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the wedding

Q. Do you offer discounted rooms for our guests?

A. A block of 20 bedrooms will be held at an agreed rate with your wedding coordinator. Once this block of 20 bedrooms is full, our best available rate will apply to all additional bookings. The block of 20 bedrooms will also be held up to 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. If there are remaining bedrooms on the block, these will be released and the best available rate will apply. Our honeymoon suite is offered complimentary to the happy couple for the night of their wedding. Two complimentary bedrooms are also offered for the night of the wedding, deluxe king bedrooms only.
